Who We Are • What We Believe

Growing older should
never mean being forgotten

  • Older people have a place, a voice and a valuable role in society.
  • The wisdom and stories of one generation help shape the future of another.

About the Foundation

A foundation dedicated to the dignity of elders

Gwiz’Ineza Foundation is a community-focused organization committed to improving the well-being, dignity and inclusion of older people.

We believe that ageing is a natural part of life — not a reason for anyone to lose their place, voice or sense of belonging. Our work responds to the realities older people experience, focusing on social isolation, financial insecurity, access to healthcare, social protection, independence and participation.

Officially registered in Rwanda since August 2025, the Foundation holds full legal status. Registration procedures for its branch in Côte d’Ivoire are currently underway.
